“You’re eating it and you don’t know what it is?”

This is my favorite line in the PIXAR “Ratatouille” movie… about a rat wanting to be a chief. I laughed out loud when I saw this segment because it seemed so incredible that anyone, even a character in a cartoon, would actually eat something while having no idea what it is.

Not so far fetched when you think about it, however, with today’s processed “food” sporting descriptions on the outside packaging that reads like it’s from another planet.
